The food was fair, the ambiance was good. I had the Tex-Mex Burger but frankly I've had better Mexican themed cheeseburgers. The sauce made the cheeseburger very sloppy but not in a good way, because I don't mind having to roll up my sleeves for a good burger but this was not one of them. Nor do I care to have a side of carcinogens served up with my food. I did not realize it was a smoking establishment until after I had already ordered and the guy and his girlfriend at the next table fired up. I doubt I will do a return trip.

Pet friendly outside patio! OK food, reasonable pricing. Good for quick meal when passing through town. Too many smokers but you cant have everything!

Smokey Joe's is in a class all its own, If you want to experience a true Texas roadhouse, look no further. Super friendly staff, an excellent menu, full bar, and they are huge supporters of live music in Amarillo. Love it!

Fantastic place located along Route 66 in Amarillo Texas. The owners are so great they actually serve tables. The outside seating is great. The food is off bnb the hook the live music is fantastic. Come on buy and enjoy one of the best spots in Texas.

Ribs are not smoked but really good. Nachos were ok - good queso but chicken was kinda dry. Good music, nice atmosphere put on the patio. Good service.
